As an edtech leader, Bob has a track record of building and deploying education products and services that drive exceptional student outcomes. Before becoming CEO, Bob worked at Cengage Group. He led the launch of Cengage Unlimited, a first-of-its-kind affordable solution for higher education students, and he scaled the growth of ed2go, a leading workforce skills business. Prior to that, he drove digital innovation for technology and telecommunications companies during his tenure at the Boston Consulting Group.

A lifelong learner with deep roots in academia, Bob has a passion for teaching and a history of people development.

Bob holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD in chemical engineering from Princeton University.
